Fitness Powered Pizza Recipe


Would you believe that pizza can help you in your fitness goals? Yes it can with the right recipe you can have a healthy protein fuel pizza that can help you lose weight, and build muscle. Vitamins and protein help your body lose weight and build muscle.


Lets first start with the ingredients and why we need them:



1) Pepperoni

Now don't go adding a whole bag as it won't benefit anyone, but a few slices can help you get enough minerals to help support your immune system such as zinc and manganese which helps boost your metabolism (a high metabolism helps you burn more fat).


2) Ham

Other than being 100% natural ham has a whole lot of benefits such as B vitamins especially B1 which helps improve nervous system and cardiovascular health. Plus it's loaded with minerals such as zinc and magnesium which helps prevent constipation, relieves insomnia (hint: insomnia is a cause for people gaining weight and not being able to to grow muscle.), and finally iron which helps brain and muscle function. Plus it has protein which is necessary to build muscle.




3) Mozzarella Cheese

Mozzarella Cheese has loads of vitamins such as vitamin B7, also known as biotin, which helps the body prevent storage of water making you lose water weight. Also riboflavin which is also know as vitamin B2 which is a good source of antioxidant and helps relieve migraines. It also has amino acids which helps muscles recover after being broke down during a workout, helping grow muscles.



4) Black Olives

Black olives have been known to prevent cholesterol and help lower it, which in return prevents heart disease which is needed for high endurance workouts. They also have vitamin E which helps prevent damage cells from damaging others.


Now to prepare the pizza

1). Preheat Oven to 225 degrees celcius.

2). Now get the yeast, bread flour, and the salt in a bowl. No in a fast manner stir, water( lukewarm) and olive oil into a rough dough.

3). Now in a good lightly floured kitchen workplace use a roller to flatten out the dough.

4). Now use your hands to make it into a circle. After its circular put tomato sauce.

5). Finally add the toppings above, and after you done that bake for 10-15 minutes.
